You know that little voice that's pops up as soon as you start moving forward that pulls you back to the safe space you've always been? The one telling you "it's not the right time", "you're not capable", or maybe even "who do you think you are to want that?".
She's in all of us, and her name is judgement.
In this masterclass we will spend time with our own self-judgement and work together to not extinguish the voice of judgement, but understand how we can live in alignment and empowerment despite the presence of uncertainty.
